She is an Egyptian/Kemetic yoga instructor. Egyptian yoga originates from Ancient Kemet, now known as Egypt. It is a restorative system which has unique postures and principles. It combines physical movement, deep breathing and meditation to help achieve balance, peace, order and discipline which is known as Maat Amani is also a Kemetic yoga instructor at the OYA Retreats. The OYA Retreats  delivers an holistic movement and mindfulness practice to women of colour. Reclaiming spaces: Women of Colour excelling in Sports & Business Phyll Opoku-Gyimah, Co-founder and Executive Director at UK Black Pride  Phyll Opoku-Gyimah also known as Lady Phyll, is the co-founder and Executive Director of UK Black Pride, the award-winning celebration for Black LGBT communities to take pride in their ethnicity and sexuality. She is also a Stonewall trustee and Rainbow List Judge. She is also the   Head of Political Campaigns & Equality at PCS Union and  also  sits on the race relations committee of the Trade Union Congress (TUC), works with race equality think tank  Runnymede , and is a trustee of LGBT-rights charity Stonewall She set up the organisation after coming to the realisation there was a lack of space for Black LGBT men, women and trans people to foster a sense of pride in their identities. Kelechi is an actress, personal trainer and an instructor of Pole dance as well as Twerk. In September 2016, Kelechi opened her own  studio  as a way of highlighting the faces and bodies that are often erased within mainstream fitness culture. Kelechi uses her classes and the workshops that she facilitates as a vehicle to move women towards an unbreakable relationship between their mind and body. Some may refer to Kelechi as a "twerk and fitness guru" which she wholeheartedly embraces, but ultimately Kelechi sees herself as a professional Baby Girl and a Benz Punani Womanist.
