Reclaiming spaces: Women of Colour excelling in Sports & Business Amani Eke, Founder of Project Yogi & Kemetic yoga instructor   Amani Eke, is the founder of Project Yogi, a not-for-profit organisation providing yoga, mindfulness and social emotional learning activities to young people and their families. She is an Egyptian/Kemetic yoga instructor. Egyptian yoga originates from Ancient Kemet, now known as Egypt. It is a restorative system which has unique postures and principles. It combines physical movement, deep breathing and meditation to help achieve balance, peace, order and discipline which is known as Maat Amani is also a Kemetic yoga instructor at the OYA Retreats. The OYA Retreats  delivers an holistic movement and mindfulness practice to women of colour. Reclaiming spaces: Women of Colour excelling in Sports & Business Phyll Opoku-Gyimah, Co-founder and Executive Director at UK Black Pride  Phyll Opoku-Gyimah also known as Lady Phyll, is the co-founder and Executive Director of UK Black Pride, the award-winning celebration for Black LGBT communities to take pride in their ethnicity and sexuality. She is also a Stonewall trustee and Rainbow List Judge. She is also the   Head of Political Campaigns & Equality at PCS Union and  also  sits on the race relations committee of the Trade Union Congress (TUC), works with race equality think tank  Runnymede , and is a trustee of LGBT-rights charity Stonewall She set up the organisation after coming to the realisation there was a lack of space for Black LGBT men, women and trans people to foster a sense of pride in their identities. Previously a management consultant at an internationally renowned consultancy, she has extensive work experience in the US, the UK, and Germany. With an MS in economics and a doctorate in motivational psychology, she is able to bring together economic and business sense with a deep knowledge of what drives people's behaviour. Further, she is the founder of OYA: Body-Mind-Spirit Retreats, a project bringing yoga, mindfulness and other wellbeing practices to women of colour communities. She is a certified Hatha yoga instructor as well as a certified life coach. As a practitioner, she is dedicated to the lineages of Iyengar and Kundalini yoga. Reclaiming spaces: Women of Colour excelling in Creative Industries & Education Imriel Morgan, Chief Executive of the ShoutOut Network and co-host of Melanin Millennials podcast Imriel Morgan is the CEO of the ShoutOut Network and the co-host of Melanin Millennials . Imriel's background is in Behavioural science and marketing. She co-founded the ShoutOut Network to address the lack of representation for Black British women in UK media.
